Parent Resources in the UK

I came out in September and my parents are not coping well at all. They refuse to go to therapy, join a support group, or even use any of the help line numbers.

Does anyone have any suggestions of books that I could send them. I live in America (with my girlfriend who I would marry tomorrow if I could!) and they are a very long way from here. They haven't met her, and have so far said that it is "too soon" on the two occassions that I tried to arrange for them to meet.

Any advice would be MUCH appreciated.
