Chris Matthews tonight

Uh, did anybody see Hardball tonight (1.28) with Joan Walsh and Dick Armey and his his incredibly chauvenist comments?  I couldn't believe my eyes/ears and it seemed like neither could Matthews.  He basically said I'm glad you're not my wife because then I'd have to listen to your "prattle".  I'm still stunned.  wtf man?!

But, being the immature person that I am...

My Mom said "That Dick Armey just said the most sexist thing."

And I replied "What do you expect from a dick army?"

Ha...Then she went on to call him a prick. ROFL...oh...and she didn't get why I was laughing. Me and my juvenile humor.

i await anxiously for olbermann to come on every nite, and tonite i watched a little bit of hardball and yes i cannot believe what he said it was just completely uncalled for, condescending and ridiculous in the most offensive and not even remotely funny way. it made me and my dad stop our conversation dead in its tracks and listen in to see if he would excuse himself but of course not...

and i bet of course he thinks he won the argument in the smartest and wittiest way possible... DICK.

Dick Armey, is back in the Stone Age where we (women) kept a good home, made babies, and please don't burn my dinner crap, thank God for domestic violence laws now.  The June Cleaver Day's are so over, we can vote now and even get degrees which allow us to work in White Collar jobs in America my God!  It’s just another reason why I dislike male chauvinist pigs and their views upon women even in 2009.  I can’t wait for Rachel’s comment on this subject tomorrow night! Christa K.
