the first who comes to my mind is Sophia Bush from One Tree Hill! Many people are annoyed by her voice, but I just love it. Well, I have to admit it's not just her voice ;)

I also like Angelina Jolie's voice. I wouldn't mind her whispering something in my ear... :)

Lindsay Lohan's voice is interesting, raspy and distinctive.

I'm also a sucker for women with [English] accents like Rachel Weisz's and Rachel Shelley's.

Becca, Olivia is played by Anna Torv. I prefer her natural [Aussie] accent to the American accent she adopts in 'Fringe'.

Rachel Shelley's British accent melts me every time. (And British accents are usually not something I fall for - I associate them too much with high school English class.)

Christina Cox has a wonderful sexy voice, a little deep and raspy.

Emily Procter has the Southern accent going for her, and that adorable sultry lilt. Very sexy.

At the moment I'd have to say Vanessa Dunn who plays Jenna on B.J Fletcher, Private Eye. Even though I'm british and don't usually like the british accent, I find hers hot!!

Michelle Rodriguez's got the smoky/raspy voice and she can speak spanish (wouldn't understand any of it, but it always sounds hot).

Jessica Alba just has the sweetest voice, plus I wouldn't mind having her close enough to whisper in my ear :)

Catherine Zeta-Jones! Can't believe no one mentioned her name lol I just love her voice :D And she is gorgeous. Lucy Liu, theres just something about that voice especially when she's trying to be all intimidating and tough. Aahh.

Alicia Keys. She's beautiful and I love listening to her talk especially on her second cd when she calls up the guy and was like, "...yeah, I use milk and cream for you cuz I think you're kinda sweet." haha If you're a fan then you know what I'm talking about.

and Alexis Bledel because she has this sweet innocent voice. She could whisper in my ear and I'd cuddle with her forever haha

its hard to pick i`m a sucker for accents but its the tone that really makes me weak in the knees.
