I read in a topic someone was discussing Silvia y Pepa, but the link they had provided has been removed by Antena 3 (something about a copyright infringement!).  I thought I'd provide the official one here:

Never seen this show but from what I can gather, one of them is Paco's sister and the skeezy guy with the blindfold is more SURPRISED than anything for some reason... perhaps sis is dating one of Paco's friends?  Who knows...
