The Next Step Forward

Just think...

...what if we gathered together the many gay advocacy groups, including the Log Cabin Republicans, to advance a new wide reaching campaign to fully explain to the public about those 1100+ legal benefits we are being denied? The various members, us, can vote on the priority os those benefits - the most egregous first.

Each month we can anounce our top ten with a big push. We would want to grab their attention on the very first month. Something like this:

"This is just ten of the 1100+ legal benefits American citizens are currently being denied due to their sexual orientation....and we can do this every month for the next nine years before we reach the end of this shameful list. Will you make us wait that long before you work to help us correct this serious afront to the American concept of Equality before the Law?" 

What do you think? Any ideas?
