kath and kim!

this show isn't supposed to officially start until Oct 9th but i saw the premier on yahoo. it's based off an australian show kinda like the american "the office" was based off a british show. anyway i'm a fan of both selma hayek (so HOT in HELLBOY 1-2) and molly shannon so i watched it and was delighted to see that it follows in arrested development type of humor. i just hope it doesn't follow the arrested development ratings.  i also like that these types of comedy sitcoms don't have a laugh track. i used to wonder why shows even had a laugh track. i guess producers figured the masses were not sure when to laugh which is pretty sad to think about. 

anyhew, did anyone else hear about this show?  selma hayek still looks skinny in the show but not the super scary thin that she was once known for.
