I cant see far so i do wear glasses. Its those geeky kind with white frames and the sides are lilac. I just got it a few months back. Its how i get the girls. Haha. *I wish*

I am a person who needs to wear eye glasses everyday, I am near sided.

But I now wear contacts since the late 2007. I do not own new prescripted eye glasses but my old glasses were brown and ovaled like with the brown chipped off with the silver frame showing through. My glasses were a few years old. lol. Plus glasses are expensive.

I do miss wearing glasses I may get a new pair, just to wear every now and then.

I have two pair. The one is pretty much rectangular in shape and i find it reflects my professionalism. The other is red frames and it's more fun fun me.

One Sunglas=Ray Ban.

Prefer glasses than having to poke my eyes with contacts hehe...

I need to wear glasses all day long. But I only wear them on (hangover)sundays or on really early mornings/really late midnights(when I'm not out).. Or at concerts/theater visits and I'm sitting/standing to far away..

So yes. I do.

I've only recently started to wear glasses all the time, but when ever I do take them off i feel as though i can't see, even though my eyes aren't that bad.

i wear glasses for reading, which is sad because i feel like my mother when i use them and im only 18. They are square charcoal black frames, they are kinda boring.

my favorite glasses however, are my sunglasses. OAKLEYS!! I love them, orange polarized lens, metalic ruby red frames with white ear sleeves...they are, simply kick ass

Me me me, I wear glasses.  Bronze wire frames with photochromatic lenses, simply because I'm too damned mean to buy two pairs... I'm short sighted and should only wear them for driving and distances but I happen to think glasses are cool and wear them all the time...

(The real reason is, if I put my glasses down, I'm not going to find them again! Err that's not my eyesight that's my age he he)

I don't really have any problem with poking my eyes to put in contacts. It's so second nature now. I've been wearing them for about nine years now. I kinda prefer contacts, except for when I'm really really tired and don't feel like getting up to take them out. Although I have slept in them before, more than I should've. I don't recommend that either.

I wear glasses too. Depends on my mood--sometimes I need to look important. Sometimes it's very sunny and I opt for contacts, even though my lenses are transition.

I currently have plastic, black rimmed glasses. It's mostly because my lenses are too thick and they stick out, like hardcore, on thin frames. I'm freaking blind =( But it's ok, my gf thinks I look cute with glasses. haha =) 

I wore contacts for a while too, but not recently. I miss them but no money=no contacts. Oh well, as long as I can see, I'm good.

3 pairs.

the everyday one has small oval shaped silver frames.

the funky pair has black plastic rectangle frames.

the pair that needs updated lenses were my great-grandfather's (dad's side of the family).  i may have to go back to Ossip's in Indianapolis to have it done as most places won't for fear of ruining the antique frames, which are gold and larger than my other pairs but tres kewl.

i do adore contacts for working out though.  sweat streaked glasses, blech.

i first started waering them when i was 7 and had a lazy left eye. i had to read for hours with an eyepatch over my right eye!

then my eyesight got better! and in 8th grade i kinda just stopped wearing them as i felt i could read okay without them! but this year i started to feel like i needed them again! so i'm back to glasses.
It's odd some people say thye make me look older and some people say i really shouldn't wear them when i don't have to (i wear them a lot otherwise i forget to put them on)

I'm only short sighted in one eye so i have to wear glasses for working/watching tv etc, but often i just forget. I haven't had them for long - i used to have perfect vision :(

 I will admit, i wear glasses. lol. I am blind as a bat if i don't. Anyway, my glasses are Dolce & Gabbana and they are black..I guess that's enough of a description?

I've worn glasses since I was 6. My vision has progressively gotten worse throughout the years. Switched to contacts when I got to high school. Now I wear glasses occasionally at home to give my eyes a break from the contacts, but I need new ones desperately!!! The pair I own are from when I was 14, and I'm 21 now. The lenses have changed, but the frames haven't, and I detest them. Have to make an appt. w/ the eye doctor ASAP!

I have glasses. they are rectangular and silver. i had Daria glasses before lol.

I have contacts, but I dont' like wearing them..if something happens to this one pair I'll probably never get them again because I have an astigmatism..a different one in each eye so contacts would be too expensive.

have glasses (rectangular black thick rimmed ones...pretty normal) but i never wear 'em. I'm a contacts girl through and through. I used to be really padantic about my contacts, y'know rinsing them all the time and making sure i never wear them too long...now i've ceased to care lol I've slept in them loads (once wore them for three days straight haha...bad times) I seem to have loooooads of contacts at the moment, cos i wear them for too long and i'm always wangling free ones out of the receptionist at Specsavers. I've got about 5 pairs stashed somewhere.

Yes, I wear them. No, I can't see 2 feet in front of me without them. The only time they're not on my face is when I'm sleeping (or in the shower).

When I take off my glasses I look like I'm 12. Does that happen to any else?

i do wear glasses because i cant see far, i wanna wear contact lense but im scared, i dunno why it seems like it hurts, although i know it's not.

but my minus are not really bad so i rarely wear my glasses.

I'm reeeally short sighted (I blame the computer for that...) so I wear contacts because I don't like glasses. I don't wear them every day though - just when I need to, to read signs and stuff.
I am going to get some glasses in time for university though. I can't be doing with the hassle of contacts.

I'm also really, really short-sighted...I got my first glasses when I was about 10 and up to the age of 16 I've only worn glasses then I started putting in contacts.

So, now I'm mostly wearing my glasses but since I'm a sucker for sun glasses and have about a dozen of them I usually put in my contacts on really sunny days and mostly also when I'm going to a club in the evening.

I didn't really dislike my old glasses, but I also didn't really like 'em - but I've got new glasses two months ago and I love them :D [Can be seen on my avatar..]

reaaaaaaaally short sighted here too. Hate wearing my contacts because they irritate my eyes after a few hours. but I do love my glasses - even though it can be annoying wearing them some times ^^   ---->

I have quasi-square brown glasses for my near-sightness ( i doubt that's a word) and honestly i look like a grandmother when i wear them especially in the winter when i have a big coat on and really couldn't care about how i look.

I started out wearing 1 contact when I was 14, since I only had one bad eye back then...

over the years my eyes (both of them) became worse and now, after more than 15 years of contact wearing, I only wear my glasses, since I can't tolerate contacts any more, a few hours is ok, but after that contacts really hurt :'(

last year, I decided to buy myself a new pair of glasses for my 30th birthday: they have a purple frame with detachable temples, for now I have 3 pairs (pink, dark purple and turquoise), but I'm planning to buy some more (black seems nice too)

can't see much thats more than 2 metres away from me.. but contacts are a lif saver.. i just break my glasses.. infact the ones im wearing now have no arms.. its a balancing act

I have dark blue glasses that are circular-or oval shaped. And just fit my eyes. The next pair I get are going to be green (light or dark), multicolored or rimless. Purple and pink are definitely super cool colors though. Maybe i'll get that for my next pair
