Actually all of their albums are amazing!!

Sonic Youth are one of my favorite bands; I saw them live about eight years ago, and I got to say, Kim Gordon dancing and jumping around and playing bass on stage is one of the hottest things I've ever seen in my life.

admittedly I love them live, its so hard to find other sonic youth fans here though.

Agreeable on the Yeah Yeah Yeahs cover, it was great, and as much as I love YYYs I prefer the original.

Sonic Youth is definitely one of my favorite bands, and probably the band I've listened to the most back in high school.

Ever seen Simple Men ? Great movie, Hartley even recreated a Godard dance scene using Kool Thing from Sonic Youth. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2Yy221HYps
