I've not really watched much of it this year although I did watch Stephanie getting evicted on Friday, felt a bit sorry for her because she seemed quite nice! I hardly know any of their names or what they are like tho which makes a change since I usually get addicted to the show over summer!
It seems like theyve just thrown in a bunch of tried and tested stereotypical BB characters :( theyve got a flamboyant gay man, a gobby black woman, a chocolate boy etc, the only housemate i really found interesting was erm... the young guy, i cant remember his name, but he's northern and quite funny. I just hope there ends up being more to half the housemates than meets the eye. I'll prob start watching it again and get addicted anyway withing a few weeks mind lol
the program in itself repulses me, unfortunately every time i turn on the TV to a channel 4 related channel (4, 4+1, more 4, e4) they're all showing something to do with big brother. Plus my lil sis watches it. All i can say is the stunts big brother pulls are sick and twisted and to go on it you must have no self dignity, and the only rea excuse a person has for watching that rubbish is if you're a pscycologist studying human behaviour or group dynamics!

I hate big brother with a passion however, the Cookie Monster thing is HILARIOUS! It can get a bit annoying but oh god I don't know how many time's i've had to sprint for the toilet with laughing so much.
Other than that Big Brother should be banned. They take away decent programm time's and it's EVERYWHERE! It just take's over the UK for the full friggin summer. Blah!

I agree, X Factor and Britains Got Talent should also be removed from our screens and they should actually spend some time writing scripts and making proper TV shows rather than just sticking some fame hungry losers in front of a camera and watching them make an arse of themselves!

I used to get obsessed with BB back when it was still quite original, I loved S2 when Brian Dowling won and then S3 with Kate Lawler. S4 was boring and I think then the producers thought they had to put in crazy people to make good tv which has just made the whole thing ridiculous.

I'm sooo glad Alex is gone! I'm from Croydon, and i know it's a bit of a ****hole but she made it seem so much worse than it is! She lives on the same road as my brothers friends, and last year on halloween they were walking to his house and she was getting into her car, she thought they were staring at her and threatened to "get her knife out on them". It's disgusting, why would they put people as unstable as her in there? Sure, it gets good ratings, but it's ridiculous! I miss the normal people like Kate Lawler and Spencer from S3! I blame the sucky S4 for the psycotic bunch of housemates they've put in each year since!
