I've been lurking on this site for years now but a recent increase in my amount of free time led me to finally get an account. So....howdy! I just graduated from Clemson University (woot!) and I'll be moving to Greensboro, NC soon to begin life as a big kid. I'm orignially from Texas (definitely the greatest state). In my free time I like to build and race canoes made of concrete, attempt to surf, and cook. I love watching movies and pointless TV shows (especially anything on the Discovery Channel). Growing up in Texas is....well I dunno how to describe it I guess it's a lot like growing up anywhere else. Except we all have the mentality that we're living in the best state in the country haha. I grew up in a giant suburb of Houston....not a rural place or anything. I didn't have a horse (although I knew people who did). My high school had over 2000 kids in it. Except for the whole Bush thing...it's a great place. What's the Czech Republic like? I've got some Czech in me (or maybe it's Slovak....it's from a couple generations back when it was still one country I think).
PS- no my degree was not in advertising haha

Back to your advertising - you should really estabilish some advertising company, you'd be so good, I could by everything from your commercial... Even some super ugly panties or smelly reducing drinks
Czech republic is not with Slovak anymore, they got divorced 15 years ago, but I'm sure your czech roots are still in its place, you can try to learn czech or do something as stupid as this. (that would be funny)

Well it's late now because my internet stopped working for a bit but....this afternoon I was apartment hunting online (until the internet died). Then I was cleaning my apartment because my roomies are messy. Wow I live a thrilling life haha. I'm on summer vacation right now so I don't do too much.
I'll give the advertising career a shot if my engineering job doesn't work out. My friend and I used to come up with ridiculous products when we were bored or ready to quit school.
What about you? What do you do in a typical afternoon? Are you in school?

By the time you posted your last comment, I was having a breakfast... So now I'm ready to go to school. Engineering sounds good, what exactly are you going to do? Like constructing planes, or something?
I'm jealous that you have a vacation, I'm not that lucky :( But in a few days, I'll compensate myself by a little travelling. By the way do you (or did you) study any foreign language? And have you ever been to Europe?
I have never been in America, but it's on my list of necessaries, that's why I'm asking annoying questions, just to know how is it like :)

My degree is in Civil Engineering...the company I'm going to work for designs water treatment plants/water distribution systems. What are you studying in school?
In high school I studied German for 3 years. I still remember a little bit of it. My younger brother is fluent...he's in Germany right now interning with Parliament. I've never been to Europe at all...maybe some day I'll get to go.

Smart brother, being a diplomat must be really well-paid, so you don't have to worry about money, little bros are here to support their big sisters, right?
Give me a definition of pointless television program. Something like Discovery channel, huh? ;) Nice day, totally different from mine... I spent all afternoon trying to do something like study, but guess twice how did it end. Well I'll have to stop surfing AE and chatting with friends soon ;)
But as far as I know, no one have ever died of bad marks...
