Hello,

My name is Monica Edwards.  I am a graduate student in Sociology at Loyola University Chicago.  I would like to invite you to participate in a research project I am conducting as part of the requirements towards my PhD.  As a lesbian woman, and avid T.V. watcher and music listener, I am interested in exploring the relationship between gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered media representations and social change.  I am looking for folks willing to talk with me via e-mail about GLBTQ representations in the media.  All participation is confidential; informed consent is required.  In person interviews and focus groups will last approximately 1-3 hours.
