Hey everyone! Some friends of mine have started this great community project that I thought you might be interested in. Here's a quick rundown of what it is:

It's called Project OUTPost.
This project is sponsored by LGBTOUT (Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals and Transgendered Of the University of Toronto), and is collecting homemade postcard submissions regarding sexual diversity to be published online and presented as a collection on April 25-26.

It is inspired by the enormously popular Post Secret (http://postsecret.blogspot.com/), and is a space where we can creatively and anonymously share our experiences, wants, needs and questions.

A key component to OUTPost is giving voice to individuals who are LGBTTIQ2S-identified and questioning, but ALL ENTERIES about the diversity of sex and love are accepted.

If you would like to be involved, and we'd love it if you would, please:

1. Make a personalized post card (size is flexible) with a secret/personal fact regarding your sexuality/gender identity/sexual practices (you do not need to identify yourself & a return address is optional)

2. Mail or drop off your entry at the LGBTOUT Drop In Centre - address below.

Digital submissions will also be accepted. E-mail them to projectoutpost@gmail.com. Submissions have to be printable on a 4x6 (regular photo) so that we can display them at the show. -->If you use photoshop, create a new file, and set the dimensions to 4 x 6 inches (not pixels). A safe bet is to take a digital photo and add text/other pictures.

3. Come to the showing of the collection on April 25-26:

DATES & TIMES
Fri, APRIL 25
12pm -2pm RECEPTION - food provided, mingling etc.
2pm - 8pm DISPLAY - there will be people attending at all times close to the stage where the display is

Sat, APRIL 26
10 am - 6pm DISPLAY - once again, there will be people there with the display, and we can have some light social mixers :-)

4. Send them in by APRIL 18 (So they can be included in the show/display).

5. Spread the word and invite your friends to participate!

We are a University of Toronto based group, but invite all Torontonians and neighbours to submit.
