Keeley Hawes
So remember Keeley Hawes from Tipping the Velvet a few years ago? She's on TV here in the UK right now in a series called Ashes to Ashes where she plays a DI Blake, a present day policewoman transported back to the 80s (don't ask, it's complicated!). This is the sequel to Life on Mars where John Simm's character ended up in the 70s. So it's TV heaven for me just now - lots of 80s music and memorabilia as well as getting to watch Keeley in all her hotness for an hour. OK, just at the moment she seems to spend her time looking like a hooker with as many of the 80s fashion faux pas as possible, but somehow she can carry it off. She does look amazing in the opening shots when she is in her present day power suit. Not all that into the storylines, although its growing on me after 2 weeks, but just loving the whole 80s vibe and looking at Ms Hawes. OK, she's now married with a couple of kids but she DID come out as bisexual when she was in TTV so I can live in some very remote hope.
