Dinah Shore 2008

Not seen another thread for this event, sorry if there is one.

Is anyone going to Dinah Shore weekend this year?

I'm going from April 1-7 and going on my own so wondered if anyone fancied meeting up and saying hi, don't want to be a tag-a-long just hoping to make some friends during my stay so not a complete loner lol.

Am coming over from Vancouver, but on exchange here from England. So decided would be cheaper to fly from Vancouver than London to Palm Springs.

Anyone fancies saying hi or has been to Dinah Shore before and wants to tell me there experiences message me or post a reply.

Also what should I wear are the parties fancy dress? I need to buy a swimsuit lol didnt bring one. haha

I have a question...is there an age-to-get-in for Dinah? I really want to go sometime in the future but i was wondering if you have to be a certain age or not, like 18 or 21..? it sounds AMAZING and i'd love to go sometime! :D

Of Course, and I"m happy to say it will be my 3rd or 4th year going. I just can not wait it's a time to celebrate our freedom at all levels. If there is someone who you know that has never been it would be a good idea to take them.

I'm seriously considering it. I deserve a vacation! But I too have never been. I'll be stalking this thread for the next few days. Lol. AE people would be great to meet. I'm a little nervous about traveling alone.

Yeah am nervous about going alone too, which is why I posted this thread, even made a group on facebook http://sussex.facebook.com/group.php?gid=11892817628 so I could meet up with people.

Am screwed the company was going to Dinah Shore with have cancelled the trip so now I just have a flight to Palm Springs no tickets and no accommodation, anyone know any still available

Phew the company has sorted me out now got me tickets, accom walking distance from the events but it costing me an extra $150 but better than nothing I guess. Everyone excited only 13 days til I fly out

10 days till Dinah for me =)  I can't wait, classes are kickin' my behind, so I need some down time, not that I'll be "down" but you ladies know what I mean ;)

My classes are kickin' my butt as well! But it's my last semester and goodbye ASU!! I can't wait for Dinah Shore. I didn't get to do anything fun for spring break this year, so this is officially my lesbian spring break. yay!!!!

woo hoo am in Palm Springs at my Caliente Tropics resort, so weird being on holiday on my own, trying to finish off some uni work I need to hand in but will be heading to Mixies bar 2nite for the meet and greet hope I meet some people I can hang out with.

my god, if I lived in the States I'm would soooo be going!..and taking my friends along, for sure!

Here in Portugal we don't have anything like that.

'Cept for that week where we all go camping but I'm sure that can hardly be as crazy...

When I visit the States you can be sure I'll be at the Dinah Shore weekend! ;)

This is totally unrelated to the festivities, of course, but many congrats to the supremely hot Lorena Ochoa for winning her second major, and at the best golf tournament ever, too.

It is unfortunate, of course, that the LPGA won't acknowledge the oodles of lesbians enjoying the weekend. Whatever, LPGA.

Anyway, Lorena? Amazing game. Possibly even more amazing physique.
