All I know about Bonnie Summerville is that she sang the song at the end of Garden State called A Long and Winding Road.

I was just browsing through my mp3 collection and came across "A Long and Winding Road" by Bonnie Somerville...I had to look it up to verify and sure enough, it's her.
According to wikipedia, she and Zach Braff were dating when Garden State came out and she did background vocals on Josh Radin's first album too. Small world.

Jeers to Bonnie Somerville for being the weak link in ABC's new Cashmere Mafia. Lucy Liu's got star power, and foreign imports Frances O'Connor and Mirando Otto can actually, you know, act. With her steamroller line readings and lack of charisma, bland bombshell Somerville (who's never made much of an impression, despite roles on Friends and NYPD Blue) can't even make her same-sex subplot interesting. She's the Fredo of this Mafia."
What show are these people watching?!? I get that some people don't like this show. That is fine, and your own opinion. But Bonnie SUmmerville's portrayal of Caitlin, IMO, is the most realistic and genuine acting on the whole show!! "Lack of charisma"?!?! I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY TO THAT.

I'm sure they're not watching the same show, I agree with all your comments re Bonnie, she's cute and exceptionally funny, she has great comic timing.
Maybe he/she is an ex with an axe to grind because whatever they are, there's no justification for writing such a poor comment.
am I the only one
The first time I saw her on CM I thaught there was something strange with her eyes. I can't describe it but I thought that her pupils were dialated cause they were darker at night than in the day, I eventually got over it and realized what natural spark she has in them that just makes you either hate her or love her for it.
....either ways same thing happened to me on the mp3 thing. I had downloaded the whole Garden State Album to chilax before the hurricane in 05-06 (great album helped me get over the 2-3 weeks of depression: no light or electronics available, and being stuck with three weird siblings with nothing stoping you from communicating, yes very depressing indeed :[ ) and her name kept staying in the back of my mind when I read one of the articles about CM here in AE but it never clicked until I frikken went to wikipedia and found out I had the song....Amazing singer and actress.

Yeah I dunno if its just because her eyes are brown or what. But I thought she looked like she was pilled up because her pupils looked dilated. Still don't really know what to make of it. I think it looks quite sexy though.

Kitchen Confidential
So, I came across Bonnie Somerville's old show Kitchen Confidential on Myspace Primetime today and I've wasted a few hours watching it--what can I say, I'm loyal to actresses who bring visibility to our community (are you listening Hollywood?!).
Anyway, I'm about halfway through the first season and...
That's Bonnie Somerville locked in another girl-on-girl smooch Erinn Hayes (who looks amazingly like Jorja Fox from CSI) with John Cho (aka Harold from Harold and Kumar looking on).
