Vanessa Carlton's new CD: Heros and Thieves

Wow. Ok, Vanessa Carlton just released her new album today called "Heros and Thieves"....ok if you people don't know who she is, you should probably check her out on itunes. I listened to a few samples on her new record, and I love all of the songs on the new album. Over all review...it sounds pretty good in my opinion! So everyone...please check it out, and tell me what you think!

There's a song in the album called "Hands on Me"...soooo goood! I love how she has very simple chords on the piano yet it seems so much more grander. There's also a duet with Stevie Nicks on the song "The one"---that one is great too. They both highlight each other's stengths.

Just bought this album. It s sooo wonderful. Love it. Nolita Fairytale is my fav but honestly i couldn t stop listening to the hole album.....

She's a fantastic musician and songwriter. Even though I love Heroes and Thieves, I still prefer her second CD, Harmonium. H&T is great in its own right but my expectations were high after the masterpiece that was Harmonium. Having said that, there's a ton of great songs on H&T especially Home. The outro to that song is like a musical orgasm.

i hate that she is so typecasted just cuz of that goddamn Thousand Miles song -_- she's absolutely brilliant :] <3
