Gigi Becali - Romania

I read this morning that Romania's "second most popular politician" Gigi Becali intends to exclude gays from mainstream society and basically set up gay ghettos in Romania where gay clubs and sex shops are apparently proliferating towns there. Does anyone know any more about this or him? All I can find is stuff relating to his football ventures.
