Not exactly a lesbian movie but there is a lesbian character called Amber (Daniella Alonso.)

Suffice to say, you don't need to use your imagination to figure out how she ends up...

The movie is passable, if you like blood and guts. Even if you don't, it's definitely worth it for Daniella Alonso who starred as the "gay girl" in season 2 of One Tree Hill.

She was also in the Hills Have Eyes 2, where again, she seemed quite gay.
