I must admit that I'm partly guilty here too, since I posted (for example) a thread on Keira Knightley here the other day, and I know she is straight.... but it was basically because I wanted to highlight the extent to which she has made open-minded comments about sexuality (including her own); and I wasn't sure where else to put it. :oops:
Perhaps this is a bad suggestion; but should we maybe have a section for "Off-Topic Women", as it were (ie straight women) where people can post if they want to mention a straight woman who has repeatedly made open-minded comments, or repeatedly done gay-friendly things....or where they can speculate about people's sexuality (if they really must); and then we can keep this section for the women who really are lesbian/bi?

Actually, I believe we used to have that but it went away (perhaps due to the big grey area between gay-friendly, curious, out, closeted, etc).

Yes, yes. That, of course, is so very true but I'm resurrecting this one because of all the hot women in the world, Penelope is one of the very few who I truly believe COULD actually be gay or bisexual.
I've seen a few of her movies recently... Sin Noticias De Dios (aka Don't Tempt Me/No News From God,) Todo Sobre Mi Madre (aka All About My Mother) and Brujas (Witches.)
In all of the films mentioned above, she shares some amazing chemistry with her female co-stars. And if that's not enough, I also rewatched Punk'd when Penelope helps set up Salma Hayek.
The scenario was Penelope had invited Salma out to dinner and when Penelope goes to use the toilet she discovers a "floating turd" or "Larry Lurker" as we like to call them in the UK. Or maybe just in my house. :wink: Anyway, Penelope gets Salma to go and see the "floater" and when they try to flush it away, the whole toilet overflows in a rather brown unpleasant mess...
I know there was a lot of speculation that Salma and Penelope could be a couple but if you watch Punk'd, there is another unidentified woman there who Penelope has also invited to dinner. When I first saw this, I knew nothing about Penelope but I assumed (rather naughtily of course) that the unidentified woman was her girlfriend. And not just in "her friend who was a girl" kind of way.
When Salma arrives at the restaurant, she goes to greet the unidentified woman, gives her a hug and says "give me a kiss." She then sits down beside Penelope, who is seated in the middle of the two other women. Then when Penelope goes to the toilet to set up the prank, Salma (who is unaware that she is being filmed remember,) says to the unidentified woman, "so when are you guys leaving ?" To which she replies, "Saturday."
Now I MAY be over analysing this a bit but that's okay because the fun police are hopefully in bed... :wink: but I thought that was all a little bit gay...
Oh yeah, and Penelope has also recently broken up with Matthew McConaughey who she never really spent much time with anyway and didn't seem all that distraught when she broke up with him. And that's not even my opinion, I stole it off one of the straight girls on the Penelope forum.

Of course everyone is allowed to have fun whatever their opinions, I was only being light hearted and no offence was intended. :wink: I just thought we had gotten to the stage where we could look back fondly on how silly we all are sometimes... whatever our opinions. :D

Basically the otger woman is "Monica Cruz" Penelope's little sister who's also an actress and dancer. She 's famous in France and Spain cuz she was performing in a series called Upa dance (kind of spanish "Fame").Knowing that the "give me a kiss" sound pretty normal to me.
