Video Editing Software

Can anyone suggest a good video editing program under $100.00?  So far I've found these two which look like they can handle all I want to use the program for.  I'm sure there's folks out here who have made fan videos and stuff.  That's not what I want to do, per se, but with the capability I'm pretty sure I would.  ;)
