Grey's Anatomy?

So, maybe I and a few others read too much into this. But after seeing episode 7 of season 3 of Grey's Anatomy ("Where the Boys Are"), it was obvious doctors Addison and Callie bonded a little bit. Now, over at the message boards at Watch With Kristin on E! Online, some user mentioned how they sort of felt like it was more than just friendly bonding. So, does anyone follow Grey's Anatomy? I'm sure it's my lesbian/bi/gay-character-craving mind playing tricks on me, but I thought it was interesting.
