Exclusive: A clip from “The Moth Diaries”

We’ve already told you a bit about, The Moth Diaries, the latest film from director Mary Harron (I Shot Andy Warhol, American Psycho, The Notorious Bettie Page), which is described in promotional materials as a “chilling and evocative vampire tale set at an all-girl boarding school — a sinister and sensually modern film about dark pasts, the circulation of desire and the fragile line between the real and imagined.”

Based on the bestselling novel by Rachel Klein,The Moth Diaries centers around Rebecca (Sarah Bolger) who is suspicious of Ernessa (Lily Cole), the new arrival at her boarding school. Is Rebecca just jealous of Ernessa’s bond with Lucie (Sarah Gadon), or does the new girl possess a darker, sinister secret?

The film is available today on demand via SundanceNOW, Cable VOD, Amazon Streaming, iTunes and XBox ZUNE, ahead of its theatrical release on April 20, and we have an exclusive clip for your sampling pleasure:
