Filmmaker Louise Wadley’s All About E was the first woman to produce her screenplay at the Outfest Screenwriting Lab, which makes the film’s appearance at this year’s festival even more exciting. We talked with the writer/director and the movie’s star, Mandahla Rose, at the opening night of Outfest, where Louise told us why she was thrilled to make a lesbian film without a bunch of “crying and dying.”
