In Paul Weitz‘s Grandma, Lily Tomlin plays a poet named Elle who is going through a rough break-up with her girlfriend (Judy Greer) and decides to head on a road trip with her teenage granddaughter Sage (Julia Garner). The film opened the Los Angeles Film Festival this week and we spoke with Judy about kissing Lily and her role in another film we’re equally excited about, Addicted to Fresno.
Grandma will be released in theaters on August 21 from Sony Pictures Classics. Addicted to Fresno is playing at Outfest in July.
