Morning Brew – Wednesday, March 9: Martina covers “The Advocate,” Taylor Momsen’s bra-brush with a female fan

Hi guys!

First of all, I wanted to let you know that Pretty Little Liars and Skins recaps are coming today — and that’s in addition to Glee. All kinds of gay teenage action is happening around here on this Hump Day!

Sacha Parkinson and Brooke Vincent looked lovely at the Television Radio Industries Club (Tric) Awards at London’s Grosvenor House last night. Coronation Street won soap of the year, thanks in part to their resident lesbian couple, I’m sure.

Jillian Michaels will be a special guest at the HRC Los Angeles Dinner this Sunday night, which will be her second appearance at the gay-themed event since she’s come out as bisexual.

Martina Navratilova is on the cover of The Advocate‘s new issue, which is accompanied by a story about her life as “a fighter” in all senses of the word.

There’s also a video interview with the tennis legend.

Rhode Island has made a video to highlight their quest for marriage equality.

While you’re in the habit of watching videos, check out this interview with NYC-based duo Mitten.

Their new EP, See You Bye, is now available, too, so you should get on it.

Remember Keeley Hawes? How could you forget her. She starred in the TV adaptation of Tipping the Velvet, and The Telegraph reminds us about the rest of her iconic roles thusfar.

Little Jenny Taylor Momsen danced with a scantily-clad female fan on stage at a recent Pretty Reckless show. Let the lesbian rumors begin!

Black Swan comes out on DVD on March 29. Will you buying it? If you have already seen it, I wonder if you’ll agree with this column on Gather.com about why it’s a bad depiction of bisexuality.

Is there going to be a lesbian wedding on Grey’s Anatomy? Check the spoiler for your answer.

Amber Heard chose a skin-colored dress for a Michael Kors dinner at Paris Fashion Week. You like?

If you caught Sunday night’s episode of Shameless, then you saw the return of Monica, the Gallagher’s mother, who has a lesbian lover — a trucker named Bob (Roberta).

The show’s executive producer John Wells explains why Monica walked out on her family.

So will Monica and Bob walk away with baby Liam? We’ll find out next week, I’m sure.

Today in Lesbianish TV: The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Deliver Me (OWN 11 a.m.), The Talk (CBS 2 p.m.), Bump! (Logo 7 p.m.) and The Rachel Maddow Show (MSNBC 9 p.m., midnight, 4 a.m.) (Thanks Roni!)
