Morning Brew – Wednesday, June 1: The official “Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” trailer, Anna Paquin reads books and looks sexy

It’s June! It’s warm out! I’m psyched. First, the Morning Brew.

Sacha Parkinson is questioning her decision to leave Coronation Street. But you probably already knew that because you follow her Twitter.

Actress Vanessa Williams has joined the campaign for New York’s marriage equality.

OK, but I’m still not watching Desperate Housewives. I was done after the lesbian stripper and Dana Delany left for Paris.

Zimbio is featuring Jill Sobule as their One Hit Wonder of the Day, for “I Kissed a Girl.” Whatever, Jill had a lot of great other songs, including the first one they mention: “Supermodel” from the Clueless soundtrack, aka the soundtrack to my teen years.

We finally have the official trailer for the American version of The Girl WIth the Dragon Tattoo. Less side boob, one lesbian kiss, still not enough Lisbeth.

So if you aren’t watching White Collar already, this is the season to do so. Not only is Diana’s girlfriend part of the party, but Eliza Dushku is guest starring in the ninth episode. Watch the first eight to get the lesbians, stay for the Dush.

Yet another woman thinks life would be easier as a lesbian. Yet another woman who is wrong, wrong, wrong! This week: Imogen Thomas, a UK reality star who Tweeted, “I may turn lesbian — I think my love life will be less complicated!!!” Oh, but how complicated it could be, Imogen.

The sexiest thing ever has happened. Anna Paquin has posed with some books. I’m not kidding — these are my favorite kinds of photoshoots and they don’t happen nearly enough. Fansite paquinanna.com has all the shots, but here is one of my favorites.

Bob’s New Suit is making its debut at the Frameline Film Festival, and Jenny Shimizu plays a woman dating a transgender man (played by Shay Astar).

If you’re in San Francisco, you can see the film premiere on June 22.
