Morning Brew – Wed. March 13: Khristianne Uy wins “The Taste,” A.M. Holmes on the longlist for Women’s Prize for Fiction

Congrats to out chef Khristianne Uy for winning The Taste! If she looks familiar, you might remember her from The Real L Word.

Uy is making the reality show rounds, because next week she’ll be the eligible bachelorette for whom Patti Stanger is trying to make a match on Bravo’s Millionaire Matchmaker.

Filmmaker Ellen Brodsky needs your support in making a documentary about “a theater troupe of LGBTQ youth and their allies creating a revealing production on the theme of love.”

Another documentary in the works is about supergays. Out and Around hopes to illuminate the stories of LGBTQ people from the entire world.

Out author A.M. Holmes is on the longlist for the Women’s Prize for Fiction. Her novel May We Be Forgiven has received rave reviews. Put it on your list!
