Bisexual actress Kristanna Loken shares a kiss with Sophie Monk in their new film National Lampoon’s The Legend of Awesomest Maximus, and it wasn’t originally in the script. Kristanna said of the moment:
That whole thing with Sophie actually came as a bit of a twist while we were shooting. One of our frat boy mentality guys that we had behind the scenes was going, “Yeah, maybe we really should have this scene at the end where you and Sophie are…you know.” So of course we went for it. And, you know, she’s hot! I think she was a little nervous, but everyone was happy.
Even your girlfriend, Kristanna?
While we’re on the subject of hot blondes, Amber Heard continues to show up places looking beautiful, including the Metropolitan Opera gala premiere of Manon.
It would appear that red lipstick with black dresses is a trend right now for out blonde actresses. Will we see Jane Lynch doing it next?
Ryan Murphy and Ali Adler have cast NeNe Leakes in their upcoming pilot, The New Normal. She’ll play a “heavily recurring character named Rocky.” No word on if she will also be a boxing champ.
Do you have a lot of feelings about Glee? Of course you do. Perhaps you want to check out this call for submissions for a collection on gender and sexuality representation on the show and what it all means.
Jessica Biel discusses being a tomboy and her fight scene with Kate Beckinsale in the new issue of W magazine. On her Total Recall scene with Kate:
Our fight scene isn’t overtly sexy: just two trained fighters who happen to be women kicking the shit out of each other. It could be two dudes, but we just happened to have long hair and boobs and…other things [laughs]. Kate and I usually fight men in movies, and when you knock into a man, he doesn’t care. But every two seconds, Kate and I were saying, “I’m so sorry—are you okay?” We were both so nervous about fighting another woman. Which is strange, because I have no problem fighting with a guy. In truth, I like doing anything that requires breaking a sweat.
But it’s still going to be sexy, right?
