Morning Brew: Thursday, May 20

Happy Thursday!

Remember when Courtney Love said she’d bedded a supermodel, but wouldn’t reveal which one? Well, now she is. It was Kate Moss. Said Love:

It’s a great story for the grandchildren, so yeah. Kate wasn’t doing a lot of drugs. It was just a thing that happened in Milan in the ’90s. It happened and it was fun and whatever. And she talks about it and so I hope she doesn’t get mad that I outed her about it.

Courtney is always thinking about the children! They are the future, so they need some lesbian tryst knowledge, especially involving rock stars and supermodels.

Well, I’m glad they had a good time. I’m not sure what else to say about this other than I didn’t really need to know about it.

German handball player Nina Wörz is getting press in Europe for leaving her boyfriend for a female teammate. Nina says of her new girlfriend, Susann Müller:

Yes it’s true we are a couple and we are very happy. That’s life for you, and I just listened to my heart.

See, I prefer that kind of lesbian love story than one explained by “it was the ’90s.” Handball players are so gay! (Hat tip Selma!)

Sad news! Nikki Reed is no longer involved with K-11, the transsexual prison love story she was set to star in with Kristen Stewart. It appears we’ll now have the task of casting Kristen’s new love interest, Mousey, who is described as “a Mexican male prostitute” who has become a woman. Is Michelle Rodriguez available?

Jane Lynch is literally everywhere. This month, she’s in O magazine talking about her a-ha moment. And here she is for PETA.

The writers at The Good Wife really enjoy keeping us waiting. New York recently talked with show writer Robert King, who gave us small pieces of hope.

“So many characters on TV push their backstory at you. If you met them in a bar, you wouldn’t want that much information.” Juliana Margulies, an actress of great natural reserve, helps to set that tone. But the Kings really go to town with Kalinda (Archie Panjabi), the ambisexual (for now), sanguine private investigator who, says Robert, “doesn’t like the American idea that every part of your soul should be bared. We won’t cheat the audience &mdsah; we’ll continue to unpeel her. But very slowly.”
