Also up for NAACP awards: Glee for Best Comedy Series, True Blood and Grey’s Anatomy for Drama Series, and Shonda Rhimes for Best Writing in a Dramatic Series.

A gorgeous Brooklyn-based lesbian couple are featured as part of a New York Daily news piece about how DOMA affects the citizenship of immigrants who want to marry their same-sex partner. Just another reason DOMA is dumb.

Speaking of dumb, NYC CIty Council Speaker Christine Quinn shut down some homophobic remarks made by Justice Scalia this week. Obviously she’s not the dumb one.

Gillian Anderson is returning to TV in NBC’s Hannibal. She’ll be playing the murderer’s psychiatrist. Scary!

Rachel Bilson is finally returning to How I Met Your Mother! She plays Cindy, a lesbian character who has something to do with who Ted’s mother is.
