Morning Brew – “Carol” is finally hitting theaters next fall

Good morning!

In news we’ve been waiting damn near forever for, Carol (aka The Price of Salt adaptation starring Cate Blanchett and Rooney Mara as lovers) will be hitting theaters nationwide next fall. Director Todd Hayes shared the news during a recent public talk with Killer Films’ (out) producer Christine Vachon. That means we’re likely to see it at some festivals within the next year, so you might even be able to see it beforehand. Until then, someone made a great fan vid with all of the images from set.
