According to the latest Eurobarometer poll, not everyone in the European Union is in favor of gay marriage. Swedes and Danes and Belgians are very supportive, but Romanians and Cypriots are less enthusiastic. There’s no EU-wide consensus on other social and political issues either, like the legalization of marijuana. (But in the Netherlands, 49% would be happy to pass the Dutchie across the border.)
