Good morning, Brewbies and welcome to Friday! Last night at 7:08 p.m., Governor Lincoln Chafee signed a bill that legalizes same-sex marriage in Rhode Island, making it the tenth state in the United States to achieve marriage equality! “We are making history,” Chafee told the crowd that had gathered. “We are living up to the ideal of our founders.”
BBC knows we’re psyched for the return of Madame Vastra and Jenny on this week’s Doctor Who, so they keep teasing us with the most delicious little tidbits. Like Jenny in all-leather going full krav maga with a smile on her lovely face.
And speaking of British things we adore, my friends @medusa_girl and @Scousegrrl have alerted me to two new photos of Lily Loveless and Kat Prescott that have surfaced as the Skins Fire press machine revs up for full-throttle publicity action.
And here’s two:
I heard that Michelle Ang, who played our favorite donut-slinging lesbian on Underemployed, was also going to play a lesbian on Grey’s Anatomy last night. I caught a glimpse of her gorgeous face right before the reveal that she and her magic partner had literally sawed some lady in half with a chainsaw. And them I turned off the TV real fast and remembered why I can’t watch Grey’s Anatomy.
Congratulations to Anna Silk and her husband as they welcome their son into the world!
