Out director Lisa Cholodenko is no longer directing the film adaptation of Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day. Instead, she’ll be doing an adaptation of Elizabeth Strout’s Olive Kitteridge for HBO, starring Frances McDormand. It’s a little more adult than the other one would have been.

Out comedian Sandra Valls made Latina magazine’s list of Funny Badass Comedians With Latin Roots. The magazine writes: “While you might not want to watch her in front of the kids, there’s no doubting the fact that Sandra Valls is comedic gold. The Mexican comedienne’s take on sexuality in society makes for a perfect show!”
