Florida’s Lt. Gov. Jennifer Carroll publicly denied having a lesbian relationship with her female travel aide after her former staff member Carletha Cole claimed she caught the two women in a “compromising position.” Carroll’s denial caused some controversy after she laughed and told a local news reporter, “Usually black women that look like me don’t engage in relationships like that.”

On Friday, July 20 lesbian comedian Jennie McNulty will take over The Art House in Provincetown, MA. Tickets are still available for the 7 p.m. comedy show.
