Am I the only one who hasn’t heard about the book Why Mommy Is a Democrat until now? And it’s been freaking me out ever since. Propaganda is creepy, even when it’s for your side, but especially when it’s targeting the wee ones. I’ll probably have nightmares involving pedantic, buck-toothed, anthropomorphized squirrels tonight.
I found out about it from my spoonerism-prone girlfriend, when one of the ads on her Gmail page caught her eye and she said, “Have you ever heard of this book called Why Demi Is a Momocrat?” Now, that‘s one book I’d like to read.
