NBC has just picked up Rosanne Barr‘s new comedy Downwardly Mobile. Barr will executive produce and star in the show about a “proprietor of a mobile home park and surrogate mother to all of the people who live there during a challenging economic time.” Why don’t they just call it Rosanne Loses Her Lottery Winnings and pick up right where her show from the 1990s left off?

Cynthia Nixon showed off her shiny round head on this morning’s Live with Kelly. Nixon shaved her locks to star in the Broadway production of Wit, a play about a professor who undergoes treatment for cancer. Kudos to Nixon! If I shaved my head I would look like a pumpkin, and not a sexy one.
