Afternoon Delight: Women kiss for the Unhate Campaign, Paula Patton has her own “Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol” poster

Happy birthday to RuPaul and Mean Girls‘ actress Rachel McAdams. Remember when Anna Faris was in love with McAdams in The Hot Chick but didn’t reveal her feelings until after McAdams transformed into Rob Schneider? Confusing? Yes, it was.

People magazine was lucky enough to snag a few stills from The Hunger Games. Elizabeth Banks looks creepy as Effie Trinket while Jennifer Lawrence looks stoic as the film’s heroine, Katniss Everdeen.

Actress Paula Patton looks stunning (as always) in her own poster for Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol.

Betty White will be ringing in her 90th birthday on NBC. The Hot in Cleveland actress’s birthday special will air in January 2012. Nothing says, “Happy birthday!” like a camera crew in the face.

Actresses Olivia Wilde (House) and Rooney Mara (The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo) were both in attendance at the 8th Annual CFDA/Vogue Awards in New York City.

Are you eager to watch out actress Portia de Rossi reprise her role of Lindsay Bluth Funke? Well join the club! The Arrested Development director Ron Howard spoke to E! about the desire to have a fourth season and movie version of the cult classic show. Howard said, “It sounds a little bit corny but a lot of the reason the [cast and producers] want to do [the Arrested Development movie] is that they really feel like they want to respect what the fans are saying. Really, the fans have kept it going not only in terms of executives realizing there’s a real yearning for more Arrested Development, but also to just keep encouraging the creative team and keep making it pressing.” I’m pretty sure when Howard says “fans” he means “AfterEllen staff and members.”

On Tuesday night, out rocker Joan Jett teamed up with the Foo Fighters for a badass rendition of “Bad Reputation” on Late Show with David Letterman. My favorite part is when Letterman asks Jett, “Are those my pants?”

Check out Modern Family‘s Sofia Vergara on the cover of Health magazine. I know whenever I see photos of Vergara the first thing I think about is her vibrant health.

This Saturday, November 19 at 8 p.m., I’ll be performing at the Paramount Theater in Charlottesville, VA. (215 East Main St.) If any of you can make it to the show, I’d love to see you and hang out after the event.
