Hi guys! It’s Tuesday! Anything good happen on Tuesdays?
Carol Ann Duffy‘s The Bees is shortlisted for a Galaxy National Book Award. We won’t find out if she wins until Nov. 4. Fingers crossed!
Seriously, how many people can have a crush on Rihanna? I’m pretty sure she’s the new Angelina Jolie. Jessie J says she’s smitten with her, among others.
Um, me too. That might be the only way I’d appreciate it sung.
TooFab.com thinks Amber Heard is Hollywood’s Next Bombshell. I agree. She looked amazing, per usual, at last night’s ELLE‘s Women in Hollywood Awards.
Evan Rachel Wood was also in attendance and received an award for being an awesome actress.
BTW, did you know Evan is on Twitter?
Nylon interviewed Uh Huh Her in bed!
Great questions. I love knowing people’s first soundtrack they played over and over. Mine was Clueless, followed closely by Empire Records.
Cougar Town‘s Courteney Cox and Christa Miller will make a cameo in an upcoming episode of Private Practice as a lesbian couple seeking fertility treatments. No word on when it will air yet, but the publicist told me it’s going to be only a tiny part of the episode.
True Blood is casting for two new female roles. One is “Nora, a beautiful and intelligent 25-to-35 something who plays a double agent within the Vampire Authority.” The other: Salome, from the Bible!
