Morning Brew – Tuesday, May 17: Rachel Maddow reports from the man cave, Kalinda gets some action on “The Good Wife” finale

The first thing I saw when I woke up this morning was a half-naked Archie Panjabi in bed. Because the first thing I saw when I woke up this morning was a Tweet directing me to TVLine.com’s The Good Wife finale scoop. TVLine got their hands on an exclusive two-minute clip of bisexual badass Kalinda from tonight’s season two finale. And here’s what you need to know:

The clip isn’t embeddable, so you’ll have to hop on over to TVLine to watch it. So long, kissing behind closed garage doors! The Good Wife airs tonight on CBS at 10 EST.

TheLinster emailed me last night in a moment of Maddow-induced euphoria to tell me to get my hands on Rachel’s “Man Cave” clip. Last night, in an attempt to explain to male viewers why Planned Parenthood’s preventative health care – things like breast exams and pap smears (“Can I say pap smears on TV right after I opened a can of Budweiser?” ) – is so important, Maddow brought out the football props and the beer cans, and made a pretty apt car maintenance metaphor. I love it when she gets consumed with righteous indignation.

Some of our favorite celebrities have joined USA National Doodle Day, an effort of Neurofibromatosis, Inc. to raise funds for NF research and awareness. This year, you can bid on a doodle from Dianna Agron:

Or a doodle from Heather Morris:

Or a doodle from Julianne Moore:

There are lots of doodles from lots of celebrities. You can check them all out the official USA National Doodle Day website.

Speaking of Glee, AOL Music is streaming the full Glee: The Music, Volume 6 album for free right now. The album includes Lea Michele and Diana Agron’s “I Feel Pretty/Unpretty” mashup, Naya Rivera‘s “Songbird,” and the Glee original “Light Up the World” from the finale. (It’s the High School Musical-est thing I’ve heard since High School Musical. Which is to say: It’s amazing.)

Seth MacFarlane (of Family Guy, The Cleveland Show, and American Dad fame) has finally acquired the rights to reboot The Flintstones. Yesterday Deadline reported that the negotiations took so long because “the “Yabba Dabba Doo” prehistoric family sitcom’s rightholders were somewhat concerned how the classic series would be interpreted given MacFarlane’s brand of raunchy comedies.” The only reason I’m bringing it up is because we never talk about when Rosie O’Donnell played Betty Rubble in that ridiculous live-action Flintstones remake from the ’90s, and I want to post a photo of it.

Last week Bridget McManus told us that Lady Gaga was heading to FarmVille, and lo! this morning when I opened up my farm – yes, I farm. I am awesome at it – Gaga was waiting for me. Every day until May 23rd, when Born This Way is released, FarmVille will be previewing a song from the album. Also, you can buy disco ball sheep and stuff. Today’s song is “Marry the Night.”

That’s all for me for Brew today. I’ll see you back here tomorrow morning!
