Chefbian Jamie Lauren plays herself in an upcoming indie horror film called The Craving. She stars alongside queer porn star Madison Young and Anna Curtis.
The Craving is readying for a Jan. 2011 release and looks pretty amazing to me. Director Val Castro says it’s “American Psycho meets Sweeney Todd (sans the musical element). Lesbians, foodies and horror fans unite!” That’s me, me and me. Thank you very much!
Did you know that ménage à trois are the hot new thing in Hollywood? First Jennifer Aniston, now Kristen Stewart. Life & Style is reporting that Kristen will engage in a threesome with “two hotties” in On the Road. This is the only stalkery glimpse the Internet has of Kristen as MaryLou:
It didn’t specify the gender of these hotties, and I don’t remember Mary Lou getting it on with two people at once in the book, so we’ll have to wait and see if either of them happens to be a woman.
Author Joyce Maynard‘s new novel The Good Daughters has a butch lesbian character and she’s actually “the sane one on the bunch.” From Salon.com’s review:
Dana is everything her parents aren’t: careful with money while they’re careless, attached to place while they are itinerant. Her mother, a willowy, blond painter, adores Barbie dolls and scarves while Dana-dark, short, and thick-waisted, fond of science and overalls-is drawn like a caricature of a budding butch lesbian. In fact, she is a budding butch lesbian.
Sounds like a nice end-of-the-summer read.
On Big Brother UK, Chantelle was sharing her admiration of Jennifer Lopez when housemate Brian asked if she would let JLo “kiss her and touch her boobs.” Chantelle laughed and said she’d probably let her, and then Brian said, “I didn’t know you were bisexual.” Yes, Brian – I think that was her trying to come out to you. She just didn’t know how to do it, so she said “I like JLo’s music” and that was your cue.
Michelle Rodriguez got all dressed up for the premiere of Machete this week. OK, I’m joking, but I like this look on her best. It’s that or in the nude.
Jillian Michaels‘ Wellness Cruise is bringing Missy Higgins on board, as the trainer announced yesterday on her Facebook. Who else will be there? Jeanette Jenkins, aka Queen Latifah‘s GF. It’s not until Oct. 21, so you still have time to sign up.
In other Missy news, the musical film she’s starring in, Bran Nu Dae, will finally hit theaters Sept. 10. Here’s the trailer:
