Happy Friday! Portia de Rossi will guest star on NBC’s Sean Saves the World as Sean Hayes‘ “smart, high-powered ex-wife who re-enters his life.” Her episodes won’t air until spring, so feel free to keep not watching it until then. Buzzfeed wants more gay sex on the boob tube. Don’t we all, all the time? VH1 is working on a show about white female rappers. At least one of those girls has to be gay or else they are totally not representing the demographic. (Lady Sovereign? Kreayshawn? Brooke Candy?) Bisexual women have more health issues than straight or gay-identified women. That ain’t right! If you’re a bisexual lady, be upfront with your doctors and health care professionals so they can help you to the best of their abilities. Is Lesbian Bed Death a real thing? GoodTherapy says “it’s complicated.”
This cute Coast Guard couple got engaged recently and were cheered on by their cadet peers during an Academy luncheon last week. So I totally watch this show on Oxygen called My Big Fat Revenge and one of the women that appeared on the reality series was a comedian named Bo Sellers. After appearing on the show not that long ago, she came out as a total lez, which I’m thrilled about because she’s gorgeous and awesome. Anyhow, she’s been blogging about love and sex stuff for YourTango, and her new piece is called “I’m More Single Than Tom Hanks in Cast Away.” You’re welcome! Speaking of womyn’s comedy, a new web series called Rods and Cones is about that very subject and coming our way soon.
A columnist at The Independent wants you to stop looking at her when she’s making out with her girlfriend, OK?! Abby Wambach is on the cover of a perfect coffee table book this Christmas: 100 Years of Soccer. Mary Lambert does a bomb cover of Wheatus‘s “Teenage Dirtbag.” She says of the tune:
Samantha Ronson has DJed some of the biggest celebrity parties, but she says she really loves DJing for Ellen DeGeneres.
The rest of the interview is pretty great, too. Sam says of being attacked on Twitter:
I love Au Revoir Simone‘s new dragtastic video for “Crazy.” Thanks to my ex-girlfriend for sending me the link! (She loves it when I call it that instead of “friend.” One in the same!)
This is from Heather Hogan so listen up:
And Lucy Hallowell sent me this first look at Rosie on The Fosters. Hollywood.com is onto your Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. shipping! Skimmons is a thing, and even Chloe Bennet (aka Skye) is on board!
