Afternoon Delight: Kathryn Prescott’s a gay zombie, Rachel Shelley goes “Rogue”

Sarah Michelle Gellar is returning to the small screen. Gellar is set to star in the CBS pilot The Crazy Ones, alongside comedian Robin Williams. Gellar would play Williams’s daughter, Sydney Roberts, in the half hour comedy. But the question remains, will her character stab vampires with a stake?

The L Word’s Rachel Shelley has joined Thandie Newton’s Rogue. The tv drama follows Newton’s character Grace, a “morally and emotionally-conflicted undercover detective.”  Shelley will play a character named Shelley, which is so meta.

Tomorrow night out comedians Jennie McNulty, Sandra Valls and I will be performing a free comedy show at the Ventura Harbor Comedy Club (1559 Spinnaker Drive, Suite 205. Ventura, CA) at 8pm.

Cowgirl Up actress Maribeth Monroe (Workaholics) will guest star on this week’s episode of Modern Family, “Bad Hair Day.” The show airs Wednesdays at 9 pm (8 pm Central) on ABC.
