Afternoon Delight: Eliza Dushku gets a new series, “Real L Word” stars have a baby

Out actress Kelly McGillis will be returning to the big screen. Starting February 8, 2013, Paramount will be releasing a remastered, 3D version of Top Gun for six days in selected IMAX theaters. The blockbuster film, costarring Tom Cruise and Val Kilmer, will also be released on Blu-ray.

The American clothing line American Apparel will be giving away 10,000 of its “Legalize Gay” T-shirts on the streets of Paris. The pro-gay company is hoping their efforts will help aid France’s marriage equality bill.

Gay actor Ian McKellen (aka Gandalf) has revealed he’s had prostate cancer for seven years. It’s not spreading, but still, please send good healing vibes his way.

Once again, the Angelina Jolie spy film Salt 2 is in the works. A screenwriter has been hired for the second installment although it’s not confirmed if Jolie will return and pack heat.
