I am surprised afterellen posted this episode when it doesn't ait on LOGO until next week I believe.  O WELL!?!

I saw this earlier at outfest.org in LA and it was great.  A wonderful way to end the series on a good note.  I really hope LOGO will pick this up for a second season.  I plan on writing them and would hope other fans out there on afterellen.com do the same!

Girls, THAT's how you run a club night. Char knew what she was doing. This epsiode is on LOGO right now but I saw this episode last week on another gay website.

Davonee is still annoying. Everytime she opens her mouth to speak, I cringe. Charlene is about the only one in this crew I could stand to be around.

Ok so, now the Truck Stop Sat night is called Sugar? So the 'girls' gave up their name? Were they paid by the hour or did they split the take?

I wanted to give this show a chance but the 'reality' factor is way forced. WAY FORCED. At least make the 'reality' believable..... curl girls much?

awww i'm going to miss gimme sugar. i was one of the few people that actually enjoyed it. here's hoping there's another season

britt and bathilda's and sayeh and wendy's date were so damn cute. i was cheesin' throughout their entire date =D

ok, enough about that. sayeh how the hell can you not like miso soup!?!? it's the ish! mmmmm

i'm in love with her, i think she's so cute & she's the girl with the most sense, but no one ever cuts her some slack, so not fair.

but brittnelle & paris made that show with their sheer attractiveness. kept me coming every monday night.

has there been any word on a season 2 yet? it's not the most ground-breaking educational show out there but it's not meant to be. hopefully another season is in the works.

it also DEFINITELY beats Curl Cirls, imo. Which was boring as hell.

It also pioneers something rarely explored in 'dating' reality TV -- a strong business angle. While, admitedly, I'm a shallow ass who prefers the dyke dating drama, they definitely had an arc to the show. It focused more on the club night than on interpersonal, or dating, relationships. Give the show a rest, ladies.

Bathilda seemed to be upset and jealous when Brit chatted up with Sayeh. Wonder if Brit is a player 'cause she was a bit flirty with Sayeh. Anyway, hope that Bath & Brit stay together 'cause they look super hot & cute together.

Charlene is still the most sensible and endearing person in the group. Glad that she's got some action found someone.

Alex's "kinda gay" quote cracks me up. Tall, blond, bi and funny, too good to be true :)

Gimme Sugar should be picked up for Season 2. It's so wildly entertaining and addictive!!!

I just discovered the show, hell, I barely discovered the Logo channel! Finally there is reality representation for us feminine lesbians. I love the characters different personalities and style. Alex is hott!, and if that really is your comment above; Thank you for taking time out to connect with your fans. Bathilda is totally cute and always smiling. She and Britt are too cute of a couple. I was anticipating the part where they kiss and makeup. Glad Charlene got the girls together to make that club night happen. I wish there was something like that in my town. I want nothing more than to see what Truck Stop is all about.  

So as F'd up as it is, I like this show, but not that much...that was until just now when I watched this episode!

It was just something about this ep in particular. I think that I just don't like reality tv period cause even a show with hot chicks throwing parties still didn't do much for me lol. But I watch every week just the same to support lesbian reality tv, cause I'm am of a rare breed cause America loves its reality television and its about time we finally got a show of our own!

And the last 30 seconds or so of this episode-the colors, the little snippets, the shots- brilliant.....good cinematography! Loved it! 

And it seemed to me that "Sugar" was a success because the girls didn't actually work together they were each given a task to do on their own and I think that's going to be/is their winning formula!

So what would Season 2 be about??? I suppose the only thing it could be about would be Robin taking "Sugar Events" global huh??

 Thanks for the support.  And a second season is in the talks so lets hope that there will be more of us.  And to clarify, yet again, lol because I forget people aren't all from LA on afterellen.com that SUGAR and Truckstop are TWO separate entities.  Truckstop is a club night at HERE Lounge.  Sugar is something entirely different but ran by the same promotional team: FUSE EVENTS and US (the cast of the show). I hope that helps clarify some ending questions.

  So yes, leave your comments here hoping for a second season and perhaps instead of 6 episodes, Logo will do 12 episodes...12 episodes of 30 mins..sounds good right? Well anyway, again thanks for the support!!!
