I am a theatre major and I recently wrote a paper on the musical The Secret Garden, because the Lyricist and woman who wrote the book, Marsha Norman, graduated from my college. I wrote about women in broadway, including information about Daisy Eagan. I turned this paper in three days ago for a scholarship I was applying for! Crazy.

 Your show is a great addition to the AfterEllen vlog lineup! You make procrastination even easier :)

I was in NYC this summer and was a little strapped for cash and had the option of buying only one songbook, I chose 'The Secret Garden.' *bows down to Ms. Eagan* I loooove that musical to death! Heya Artisall^ so jealous you got to interview Marsha Norman.

I am personally not that horrible of a bowler but I know everyone has done that same shame crawl of the gutter ball (hah that rhymed).

Okay I don't know how your pervy mind didn't pick it up but you said "I went down hard and wrong and now I have a scar" with a straight (no offense) face. How did that happen?

Highlarious as usual. Oh how I wanted to be Tony at the end of the vlog. And, I can teach Cat some bowling tips if she wants... ;D 

ooo...and I'll be sure to wear this out and about now:

I just have this image in my head that Cats backseat is FULL of scratch off tickets and she has to shovel them over to have more than one passenger in her car!  Love it.

"Seven Brides for Seven Sisters" - the story revolves around a group of sisters whose attitude towards the femme sex is not very enlightened. While feminists may shudder at the storyline, which sees the sisters kidnapping seven of the local town girls in order to make them their brides, they all come to a happy end...

or

"Cat on a Hot Sister Ruth" - an interesting musical interpretation of the classic Taylor/Newman film of the Tennessee Williams' play, featuring additional characters from the freshly 'out' nuns of the Order of the Servants of Mary from Powell & Pressburger's "Black Narcissus".

This was the best ep! How can you go wrong with Chicken, a Tony keychain, and bowling!? Speaking of which...there are devices that can aid Cat and her bowling...their called bumpers! Watching Audrey Hepburn kiss her on the head was cute to the audience, but I would have melted.

Excellent Vlog as usual. I'm going to keep an eye out for Daisy Eagan projects. She seems like a very nice and grounded person(I'm not sure how I would feel about my Dad wearing womens clothing). Good for her!

you are one funny lady and a great addition to the vlogging crew here.  My favorite parts of this one include the Tony on a keychain, bowling alleys that state "Bowl for fun and health", and talk of the amazing Bernadette Peters (and special mention of that gorgeous hair).

Oh, how I love all the Broadway talk on your show. And Daisy Eagan as a guest, heck yes!! Amazing!! I love that Bernadette Peters was your first lady crush that you didn't know until later was really a lady crush, ha (mine was Bette Middler.... Hocus Pocus, Big Business, the voice... all pretty fabulous to a 2nd grader)... Famazing! Also, I am glad that I am not the only one who happens to mention Bernadette's wonderous hair every time her name comes up. 

You needed more comment love, because you deserve it! Ah...you are quite funny :)

What a pleasant surprise!  Ms. Daisy all grown up (though she looks exactly the same).  I wish you asked her about what it was like to not only get her Tony, but to have it presented by AUDREY HEPBURN.  I don't think my mind would've been able to handle it if I were even remotely talented at that age.

You know, the best part of being on vaca (other than the vaca itself) is catching up on vlogs after you're back!  

...waaaay late for commenting, and yet, I wanted you to know how much I enjoy your vlogs, Cat. I've been making my way through the early eps while I work out which makes the time seem to pass much more quickly.
