Cat on the Prowl: Down Dere Girls (Episode 24)
This week, Cat has her hands full with the lovely and talented women of Down Dere Films. Cat picks up the Australian filmmakers en route to a screening of their new short film Lightswitch, which stars out Aussie soap star Kylie Watson.

The ladies take Cat on a triple date on the Santa Monica pier and teach her how one seduces women "down under."
Look for a new episode of Cat on the Prowl every Wednesday. For more information on Cat, visit www.myspace.com/catdaviscomedy.
Editor's Note: Per director Emma Keltie, there are issues with distribution of the Lightswitch DVD which are likely to continue for some time. She discourages fans from ordering via the website until those issues are resolved and suggests that in the interim you can go through PayPal's Buyer Complaint process to retrieve a refund of your purchase. Anyone with with complaints or concerns can forward them to Emma at ekeltie@gmail.com or co-producer Natalie Krikowa at nataliekrikowa@gmail.com and they will pass them on to the relevant authorities involved.

AWESOMENESSS
We love you CAT !!!!
Cat Davis Wednesday! I
Cat Davis Wednesday! I loved the dubbed "intelligent" over the innapropriate noun I believe I read off your lips Cat. Good choice, better than a simple bleep. Those girls were awesome, and their film sounded pretty interesting.
Can't wait for next week. Love you Cat!

Doh!
I'd be the goofy fast-talking one in the red glasses at the very end.
We had a GOOD TIME that night
heehee
I think Cat and Emma had some genuine flirtation going on there;)
Also, what was the word that had "intelligent" dubbed over it? Apparently I can't read lips very well...
i think.....

Great vid! I really enjoyed this weeks 'Cat on the Prowl', not that I don't enjoy every week, but this week was particularly good! :)
I especially enjoyed the Lesbian Posse montage!
I agree with Megan about the genuine flirtataion, it was great to see - after all, isn't that what Cat on the Prowl is all about?!!
By the way, the link at the top is slightly broken (www.lightswitchtheFILM.com should be www.lightswitchtheMOVIE.com).
Will be looking out for this film in the UK... if it ever reaches us! :)
Aw
Great episode!
Man, it's always bizarre to hear Australian accents on an American show. I almost couldn't understand them at first; my ear is so atuned to US accents that I have to flip a switch to go back to normal. Cat's attempt at an Aussie accent was pretty damn hilarious, though.
I was especially glad to see that Penny immediately corrected Cat's pronunciation of the word 'Aussie', because Americans always get that wrong. It's like someone pronouncing 'lesbian' like 'less-bian'. Weird.
i knew an australian girl
Ha. Thanks. :)
Awesome
Its an Aussie thing.
ohhhhh
Go the Aussies
So proud of my sister!

And I hope Cat is going to come visit us Down Under? (This is at least one Keltie who means that literally)

Great film!
I live in Queensland and watched this show like a few days before I had planned to go to Canberra to visit friends, and after watching the show I followed the link to the official site for the film and was so lucky because I found out the day I was going to Canberra for the weekend the night I arrived they had a screening of the film.
So, I arrived in Canberra a friend picked me up and we went to the screening. I also ran in to 5 people I new from when I lived in Canberra 4 years ago and now we are back in contact!
Thanks again to the filmmakers for a great movie and thanks Cat for your wonderful show!
Good luck for the launch!
