Woop, Liz is finally here. I missed it yesterday!

I was just about to download this video so I could watch it on my iPhone during my commute to work, but apparently the Logo video player has changed and none of my attempts have worked. Has anyone figured out how to do this now?

I hope that I'm not asking anything illegal here - I would definitely buy TJO on iTunes if I could!

Haha another great episode. Even though I have no idea who Jamie Lauren is (we don't get Top Chef in Holland), I thoroughly enjoyed it again.

And I loved that Raimy wore her valentine's shirt again (and a very cool hat, made you look wicked hot!).

And I was gonna say that Liz can suck food out of my mouth anytime, but it just sounds groase, so scratch that :)

At first I was pretty confused about the Humus thing. I was like 01/11/08 is 3 1/2 months ag, then I remembered the month and day is opposite in the US.. so Liz, have shame! Stupid Uni fridge means I could never have something that old takng up space in our fridge - plus, I wasn't using this fridge a year ago

Has the theme song always been like that at the end? or did they definitly add something new there lol.. SO funny, totally took me off guard. Know what you mean with the whole pasta sauce thing. I find I'm just too lazy to look so its "aww I probably don't have any.." then you end up with like 40..all open.

lol and Rachel Kitchen Cantu? (and something to do with pants?! I can't remember but I laughed..) Is she turning into a fixture in Liz's kitchen at this point? :P Not that I have a problem with that, shes awesome.. So is Jamie Lauren! Only watched one episode of Top Chef though! cause I don't cook. yeeeah.

Okay so I love Liz, but I LOVE top chef.  I was so pissed Jamie was kicked off for two reasons:  1.  I chose her as the chef that would make it to the finals in a bet my friends and I made. and 2.  I have a crush on her so I miss seeing her every week.

Thanks Raimy for the Sky Larkin mention - they're such a  sweet band from my city and hearing you and Liz mention Leeds was pretty cool. Hilarious as ever, cheers Liz, Raimy, Jamie and Kitchen People - can't wait for next week!

Just wanted to respond to your dislike of going to a vegan/vegetarian restaurant and the menu saying "chicken" or "bacon" when it's not the actual meat.

Liz is was pretty close to hitting the nail on the head when she said she wouldn't want to order something called "Compressed Vegetables with Soy." Meat product words, like "chicken" and "bacon" and "beef" are very comfortable for most of society. It is familiar, and people who are non-veg or just starting out will be more like to choose something that they know. It also helps take the guess work out of what it tastes like. If you love to eat chicken but are at a veg_ restaurant, you'll probably choose the "BBQ Chicken," as opposed to the "Vital Wheat Gluten marinated in BBQ Sauce." Besides, that's way too many words to put on a menu. ;)

P.S. Not all vegans are throwing red paint and trying to convince everyone to stop eating meat. Some do it for themselves. Just wanted to throw that out there. :-D
