This week, an understaffed Retro Reviewing crew took it upon themselves to review their Pride 2009 experience.

This episode is complete with a full do's and don'ts list on how to have a happy pride, and a slightly more serious discussion on the evolution of Pride itself.

    I'm glad the proud line stuck for people, LOL.  I mean really...I'll take Madonna in whatever form I can-a little cardboard is not going to ruin my pride. :-)

    It will be long while before I will be able to go to pride. The vlog was definitely educational.  When you put the underwear on pillow, it was a hilarious bit. I heard Boston has some good food.  I am curious if it is true.

    This will be my frist pride so I appreciate the etiquette tips. Also, underwear on pillow thing was hilarious!

    proud polly was extremely awesome! also, i'm pretty sure that was a guy thong.

    The parties, the parade, and how straight establishments beg for the queer peeps to patron their bars and restaurants. Everyone is Queer for a week. :)

    I can't believe it has been 5 years since the legalization of same-sex marriage in MA. I was hoping that NY would be able to celebrate the legalization of same-sex marriage on Pride, but then the NY state senate decided to play king of the hill and now who knows when it will get passed.

    Hope everyone had a happy pride!
