I totally agree with their number 1! And I love that Adele's on the list, cos she's awseome! I've met her a few times cos my mates sister went to the Brit School with her, plus she lives pretty near to me. She's always been awseome and down to earth :) Another one I'd add to the list would be Kirsten Vangerness (sp?) from Criminal Minds. I've always found her majorly attracitve, and the fact she's gay is a bonus :P

I have clothes ranging from a size 4 to a size 10, depending on the store and the cut. I am so sick of the media using these arbitrary numbers as qualifiers and ways for us to define, understand, or place value on ourselves and others. We come away (myself included) with false ideas about what wearing a size 8 "means" about us, or what a size 10 "means."

For example, people are posting comments like: "So and so is a size 10? I never would have thought it!" That's because we all have preconceived notions about sizes. The answer is that no one is one size all the time, in every store.  

My mother always told me: ignore the number, pay attention to the fit.

Please stop it with the size obsessing already!! This article should just be called Top 10 Sexiest Women with Curves.   

Wow! To be honest watching her on Mad Men, her size never once surfaced in my mind. She's beyond gorgeous..wait I don't know if that's possible but thats how I feel whenever I see her. 

She's BEYOND GORGEOUS, and her curves just add to her appeal.

I wanted to be missy elliot when i was like 10 I beeged my mom to do fingerwaves on me but she had no skilllz.

I still wanna be her.

But honestly, I think all this hype about sizes and body shapes is ridiculous. Especially the curves thing. I thought women were naturally meant to look soft and curvey, which IS sexy, and I find it ridiculous when magazines etc. make out like they have to give these women a little bit of their own credit because they're being overshadowed by women that are straight up and down, women who usually look like their weight isn't necessarily healthy. 

It's ridiculous, and it's just one of the reasons I don't understand the media.

Gone are the days when a woman with hips and a belly was hailed as a sex icon. Shame.

At the end of the day, if a woman (or anyone) is comfortable and confident with their figure, and it's doing no damage to their health, who's to tell them they should change? 

Okay that list was good, i guess...but why was there no mention of this lovely thing; i know she is a size ten for a fact and she is crazy sexy (the nerve of NERVE!)

Cos in the UK a size 10 would be deemed as good! Size 8 is probably what most girls would want to be, then size 6 is on the very thin/skinny side (which I wouldn't want to be at). Whenever I hear the term ‘size zero’ I wonder if the person whom is that size is even alive!

Totally agree... she barely passes as curvy there, really! Certainly not skeletal but certainly not in any way a "plus size".

Hot though. I am not disputing the hot.

Size 14 (US 10) is a perfectly acceptable size to be. I personally think Keira Knightly (for example) has got nothing on Christina Hendricks (who was amazing in Firefly when she almost seduced Inara and amazing the episode of Without a Trace called check your head). Yet everyone raves about how gorgeous Keira is (yes she has that face) when her skinny frame is not at all attractive. Christina Hendricks has an amazing body (those breasts are just fantastic) and is a much more healthy size than Keira.

Despite me finding women with curves attractive, I still read vogue and watch the OC and think to myself "I want to be that skinny!" but I wouldn't want a skinny girlfriend particularly. Personally if I were a size 14 (US 10) I would feel fat even though I can find women that size sexy.

p.s. Nigella Lawson should have been on the list because she is a gorgeous gal who loves to eat the naughty food she makes. She is sex on a plate.
